Delivery Information

We aim to deliver orders to UK mainland addresses within 7 to 14 days (excluding bank holidays) of you placing your order. Every effort will be made to despatch your order as quickly as possible.

Our first choice for sending orders is using Royal Mail’s ‘Tracked 48’ service. As a part of this delivery system, the customer’s email address will be shared with Royal Mail. This allows Royal Mail to provide each customer with updates on the delivery of each parcel. Deliveries will not require a signature, instead Royal Mail will take a photograph as proof of delivery.

We reserve the right to use an alternative courier or delivery system should the need arise.

Postage is calculated according to the total weight of the order. This is an approximate guide to the charges:

Up to 95g – ………… £2.95

96 g – 2000g – ………. £4.50

2001g and heavier £5.50

When your order is despatched, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the Royal Mail Tracking Number. Royal Mail should also send an email with an estimated delivery time and date.

Schoolwear items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your schoolwear may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.

We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your order in the above timescales and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
