Returns Policy
Goods bought on-line may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the customer receiving the item(s). Customers must supply us with details of the original order so that we can credit the correct account.
If the Goods are defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery, please notify us as soon as you become aware of any problem and return the Goods to us. On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return to us the Goods we have delivered to you.
Refunds for Items bought on-line
You may cancel your order for Goods at any stage before the Goods are dispatched. If you cancel prior to dispatch of the Goods we will make a full Refund to you.
You can cancel your order or return part of the order for a refund up to 30 days after it has been received. The goods must be received by us within the 30 days.
We will refund you the amount paid for the Goods, provided that the Goods are complete, unused, in ‘as new’ condition, with original packaging and any accessories. We hold the right to refuse a refund should the goods returned show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected.
Goods may be returned to us via post, at the customer’s expense, or at the shop.
Items that have been personalised may not be returned.
Refunds will be made by re-crediting your payment card account from which the money was originally debited. All refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Exchanges (On-line and in store purchases)
Exchanges – extended to 60 days
We will exchange your garments provided that the goods are complete, unused, in ‘as new’ condition.
You now have 60 days to exchange an item. You can beat the August rush by ordering early, safe in the knowledge that if the child has a growth spurt in the summer, you can exchange the items in time for back to school. We do advise giving yourself at least 14 days for exchanges to be processed, and it may take longer during the peak months.
Collection of ‘Collect in Store’ Orders
Customers have 14 days to collect ‘Collect in Store’ Orders. For Orders that are not collected after 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order without warning (with the exception of personalised items which will not be refunded).
